Michael D.Twomey is experienced in a wide range of corporate, commercial and financial law fields, including corporate mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, commercial real estate development, leasing and financing, and project finance.

Jonathan M. Streifer joined SSEK in 2002. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara where he received a B.A. degree with High Honors. He received his J.D. in 1992 from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall).

Michael S. Carl joined SSEK in 2004 and has more than 20 years of experience practicing law in Southeast Asia. He received his J.D. in 1994 from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar.
